Welcome to The Street Workshop. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Street Workshop.
The Street Workshop operates this website and online store, including its information, content, features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services. By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy:

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND PRINT VARIATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
However, screens display colors differently, and the color, brightness, contrast, texture, scale, or appearance of a physical print may vary slightly from its digital representation. Minor variations may also result from printing processes, materials, product sizes, and production locations.
These normal production and screen-related variations are not considered defects.
Product dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Frames, furniture, decorative objects, and room settings shown in lifestyle images or mockups are not included unless the product listing specifically states that they are included.
Nothing in this section limits your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or materially different from its product description.
We may modify product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability without notice. We may also discontinue products or limit the quantities available to any customer, region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND DESIGNS
Unless otherwise stated, the artwork and designs sold by The Street Workshop are original designs created for or owned by The Street Workshop.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual-property rights associated with that product.
Products are sold for personal display and enjoyment only. Customers may not reproduce, scan, photograph for commercial reproduction, distribute, resell, license, modify, mint as an NFT, or otherwise commercially exploit any artwork or design without our prior written permission.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Product unavailability
• Shipping restrictions
• Violation of these Terms
• Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because products are created on demand, we may be unable to change or cancel an order after production begins.

SECTION 5 — PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of clear pricing errors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other governmental charges.
Applicable costs will be shown during checkout when Shopify or our service providers are able to calculate them.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 6 — PRODUCTION, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY
Our products are produced on demand and require production time before shipment.
Estimated production and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect address information, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment begins.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS, DAMAGE, AND REFUNDS
Because our products are made on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, frame choice, color preference, or other customer-selection error, except where required by applicable law.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receiving it at:

Include your order number and clear photographs of:
• The complete product
• The affected or damaged area
• The packaging and shipping label, when relevant
Do not send an item to us or to a production facility unless we provide written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

SECTION 8 — CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless these amounts are collected during checkout or otherwise stated, the recipient is responsible for paying them.
We do not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount. Customs processing may also delay delivery.
SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content—including artwork, designs, trademarks, logos, product names, text, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, website layouts, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to The Street Workshop and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only.
Without our prior written authorization, you may not:
• Reproduce or distribute our artwork or content
• Create derivative works from our artwork or content
• Republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit our materials
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Use our designs to manufacture or sell other products
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or reproduce our content
“The Street Workshop,” its logos, designs, product names, and slogans may not be used without prior written permission.
SECTION 10 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, integrations, payment processors, production partners, shipping carriers, social platforms, or services operated by third parties.
These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party tools or services that we do not control.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion and risk. You should review the applicable third-party terms before using them.
SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, safety, content, products, or practices of third-party websites. Visiting or purchasing through a third-party website is at your own risk.
Questions concerning a third party’s products, services, or policies should be directed to that third party.
SECTION 12 — SHOPIFY
The Street Workshop is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our store.
Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and The Street Workshop. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, resolving product claims, or providing customer service for purchases from The Street Workshop.
Shopify may process information relating to your access to and use of the Services in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
SECTION 13 — PRIVACY

Because Shopify hosts our store, information you provide may also be processed by Shopify and by service providers involved in payments, production, shipping, analytics, marketing, fraud prevention, and store operations.
SECTION 14 — REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, idea, or other material to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant The Street Workshop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute that material for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
We are not obligated to keep feedback confidential, provide compensation, publish it, or respond to it.
You may not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, obscene, fraudulent, or malicious content.
SECTION 15 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders. If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SECTION 16 — PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services:
• For unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• To violate any law or regulation
• To infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights
• To harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or harm another person

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 17 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any express warranties stated in our policies or product descriptions.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 18 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Street Workshop and its affiliates, partners, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Street Workshop and its affiliates, partners, contractors, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from:
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your violation of another person’s rights
This provision does not apply where prohibited by law.
SECTION 20 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred before termination, including outstanding payment obligations.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions—will remain effective.
SECTION 21 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 22 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies displayed on the Services, constitute the agreement between you and The Street Workshop concerning your use of the Services.
SECTION 23 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission.
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations as part of a business reorganization, merger, sale, transfer, or as otherwise permitted by law.
SECTION 24 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws of their country, state, province, or region of residence.
SECTION 25 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.
When required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. Changes become effective on the date stated in the updated Terms.
Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
